You open the Logisfil login page on your phone or computer, you enter your code, and the screen remains stuck on “Loading – Please wait.” Or the password is rejected without a clear explanation. These situations often occur for home care providers and support structure managers.
The Logisfil platform, published by Infologis, is used for remote management of interventions with beneficiaries. When the connection is blocked, the validation of visits is delayed.

Why the Logisfil loading screen keeps looping
The most confusing problem on Logisfil is not a wrong password. It’s the blank page or the loading animation that never stops. You see the logo, the little spinning circle, and nothing happens.
The main cause is related to the browser being used. IT departments of medical-social structures have found that outdated browsers block the loading of Logisfil. Internet Explorer, officially abandoned, and certain integrated Android webviews no longer handle the platform’s scripts properly. The result: a frozen screen, with no error message.

The solution is simple. Open Logisfil using Chrome, Firefox, or Edge, updated to their latest version. On an Android smartphone, do not use the pre-installed browser by the manufacturer. Install Chrome from the Play Store, then access the login page from this browser. If you can access Logisfil from Blog Seniors, the link will redirect you to the correct address without the risk of a typo in the URL.
Another common cause: the browser cache. When Logisfil has been updated on the server side but your browser still displays an old version of the page, the loading may fail silently. Clear the cache (Ctrl + Shift + Delete on PC, or through the browser settings on mobile), then reload the page.

Username or password error on Logisfil: common pitfalls
The Logisfil login page requires two elements: an eight-digit code and a password. The default password corresponds to the birth date of the provider, in the format YYYYMMDD. Were you born on March 15, 1982? Your password is 19820315.
The YYYYMMDD date format causes the majority of errors. Many users enter their date in the French format (15031982 or 15/03/1982), which triggers an immediate rejection. No message specifies that the format is incorrect; the platform simply displays a failure.
Have you checked the format and the connection still fails? Check these points:
- The eight-digit Logisfil code was assigned to you by your structure. If you use one from a former colleague or another provider, the connection will be refused or your access rights will be inconsistent.
- Your account may have been deactivated by the structure manager, especially after a job change or a long absence.
- Temporary locking after several failed attempts exists on certain configurations. Wait a few minutes before trying again.
If nothing works, contact the manager of your digital space within the structure. Only they can check the status of your username and reset the password.
Network proxy and firewall: when the Logisfil connection is blocked by infrastructure
This problem mainly concerns providers connecting from a computer station in a structure (office of an association, headquarters of a home service provider). From a personal network or a phone on 4G, it is much rarer.
Some organizations use a proxy to filter internet traffic. If this proxy does not allow requests to the Infologis servers, Logisfil displays a blank screen or a “connection refused” error. The LogisFil Card user manual also mentions the possibility of configuring a proxy in the advanced settings of the application, both on Windows and Mac.
Check if a proxy is blocking access
On Windows, the proxy configuration usually goes through the system’s Internet settings. LogisFil Card automatically detects these settings. However, if your organization uses a specific proxy (different from the default configuration), it must be entered manually in the application’s advanced settings.
On Mac, the configuration is done via System Preferences, then Network, then Advanced, in the Proxies tab. Choose the type corresponding to your organization (HTTP or HTTPS) and enter the information provided by your IT department.
If you do not have access to network settings, report the issue to your IT department specifying the exact URL of Logisfil (logisfil.fr). The IT service can add this domain to the firewall whitelist.

Logisfil connection on Android: settings not to forget
The Logisfil mobile application is used daily by home providers to validate their visits. Connection errors on Android often have mobile-specific causes.
The Android version must be recent enough to run the application without conflict. A phone that hasn’t been updated in several years may refuse installation or cause crashes upon opening.
- Make sure the Logisfil application comes from the official source (download link provided by your structure, not from a third-party store).
- Allow the installation of apps outside the Play Store if necessary, in the phone’s security settings.
- Ensure that the phone has a stable network connection at the time of login. Switching between Wi-Fi and 4G during authentication can interrupt the process.
On devices equipped with NFC functionality (to scan beneficiaries’ badges via LogisFil Card), the NFC reader must be enabled in the phone’s settings. An unrecognized badge does not necessarily mean a connection error, but the issue is often confused with an access blockage.
Sharing credentials among providers: a risk of blockage related to GDPR
You may have seen a colleague lend their Logisfil code to a substitute for “emergency.” This practice causes concrete blockages. A shared identifier can lead to inconsistencies in access rights: some modules become inaccessible, validated interventions are attributed to the wrong provider, or the account locks after detecting a simultaneous connection.
The tightening of regulatory requirements (GDPR, hosting of health data) pushes publishers like Infologis to strengthen access control. Each provider must have their own identifier, linked to their profile. It is the structure that creates and assigns these accounts.
When a connection error occurs on a shared account, the diagnosis takes longer because no one knows which password has been changed, or by whom. The first thing to do in this case: request the creation of a personal identifier from the platform manager.
